custom catalogs

Catalog pages that do not look like everyone else’s

The catalog is the page most members open most often, and out of the box every Uscreen catalog looks the same. Each of the sections below is running on a real storefront today. Any of them can be built on yours, and so can the thing you have in mind that is not here.

Your next live event, at the top

A banner across the head of the catalog carrying whatever is on next, with a countdown and a button straight into it. Members stop asking when the class starts, and a live event stops being something they have to go and look for.

Video that plays on hover

A card starts playing quietly when the pointer rests on it, so browsing feels like a streaming service rather than a list of thumbnails. It also answers the question a thumbnail cannot: what is this actually like to watch.

A hero banner you choose

The programme you want in front of people, at full width, with video behind it and a button into the first lesson. The platform decides what sits at the top of a catalog; this takes that decision back.

Locked content that still sells

Programmes a visitor cannot open keep a lock badge instead of disappearing from the catalog. They can see the shape of what a subscription would open, which is the whole argument for buying one.

Today’s class, read from your own calendar

The catalog opens with whatever is on today — poster, title, description and a button into the class — taken live from the Uscreen calendar your team already keeps. Nothing is updated twice, so the catalog cannot be telling members about a class that moved.

Any section you can describe

Rows are only one shape. A catalog can hold a grid of named entry points, a schedule, a set of instructor cards, a recipe library — whatever the way into your library actually is. If you can describe the structure, it can be built.

A catalog built from nothing

When none of the above is close enough, the whole page can be replaced. The content, the plans and the player stay Uscreen’s; the layout, the logic and the behaviour become yours.

A catalog that behaves like a streaming service

Full-bleed artwork, trailers that start on their own, rows that scroll past the edge of the screen. The browsing experience people already know from the services they pay for, on your own storefront.

More catalogs you can open right now

Every one of these is a storefront running a catalog I built. Open a few and tell me which of them is closest to what you had in mind.

Send me your catalog.

Tell me what members come to it for and what they struggle to find. You get back what it would take, what it costs and when — and if one of the sections above already does it, I will say which.
